With a strong foundation in realism tattooing, Roger trained under a realism artist and draws much of his creative inspiration from traditional oil painting and Renaissance masters such as Leonardo da Vinci, Caravaggio, and Botticelli. Their use of light, shadow, depth, and composition continues to influence the way he approaches his tattoos.
